My name is Chloe
I have just moved to Copenhagen from the UK and I am working as an intern here at Frushi. So the blog posts will be coming from me for a while!
Firstly a little bit about my background so that you can get to know me. . .
I recently graduated with a degree in Sustainable Product Design from Falmouth University, where I focused on design for the environment and for people – focusing on materials and textiles as well as creative methods of communication.
Frushi really appealed to me as a company because they are doing something so fresh and exciting – combining flavours and textures in a really interesting way and making a product that really works. I have always loved food and spend many hours in the kitchen creating new and healthy recipes, so I get excited when I find something new – like Frushi.
In the last few years I have spent a lot of time talking to people about sustainability and how to live in a more sustainable way. I have realised that it’s all about making these transitions easy, usually with the help of a well-designed product or system ensuring that people feel like their daily habits don’t have to change drastically.
Plant-based, Sustainable, Nutritious, Fresh and Gluten-Free directly relate to the product and the business as a whole, so I think it will be really interesting to delve deeper into these topics. Alongside discussing interesting facts about the Frushi ingredients and the different creative culinary applications of these ingredients. Because after all, it’s about incredible taste!
So you can expect to hear me talk a bit about some topics linked to living more sustainably – but one thing you can be sure of, is that; I will be honest, I am not here to tell you how to live or say that one way is the right way (there are so many different ways to make a positive change). I am just here to give insights and ideas. From my point of view it’s about discussing interesting topics but making it relatable to everyday life – and I promise that it won’t be the same as so many other food and lifestyle blogs out there.
Working with Frushi and writing the blog is a great opportunity to talk about food, sustainability and lifestyle, as these are some of the key foundations of the company. I hope to create a really dynamic blog that explores different topics, discusses some interesting ideas about the environment, people, health, shares recipes and of course Frushi news!
I would love to hear any ideas or recommendations from you!
