As we know that drinking water is essential for our body. However, a lot of people still forgot about this. And to be honest, it can be sometimes boring just to drink pure water.
We always like to experiment and find new combinations of our common preferences. In this post, we want to inspire you and share easy recipes to diversify your drinking habit and enrich your body with more vitamins!
FEW BASIC RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Mash fruits and vegetables in the bottle, add some ice (if you want) and then fill it with water.
2. If you want to add any citrus fruits, we recommend to remove the peel as it can give you some bitter taste.
3. It is better not to cut herbs using knife, just try to do it with you hands.
4. Leave your bottle for approximately 4 hours or overnight. It will give more taste and flavor.
